Faded very quicklyColor faded within 2 weeks and gray hair was again visible despite following the instructions. I only wash my hair approximately 2x a week with color-safe products. Doesn't hold in color very long and not enough shineI used to love esalon but the color doesnt hold for very long and not enough shine, plus i am no longer doing red am doing brown. Still too brassyI have had 4 colours now from e-salon, as I want to try and get my hair back to its natural colour, however I have found that my hair is now more brassy than when I started, it’s also too light. I am hopeful that having had a call with a colourist that the next colour will be more like my natural colour that I am striving to achieve. I have to say that my hair is in good condition since using e-salon combined with my silicone and sulphate free shampoo and conditioner and other hair products. The only thing I do wish that e-salon would provide silicone and sulphate free shampoo and conditioner with your hair colour as I have 4 packs of each that came with my sets that I haven’t used as I don’t want to go back to putting bad things in my hair. Having the option would be appreciated, the representative I spoke to agreed to pass this observation on in the hope that this may be something that will be addressed in the future. In the meantime it would be good if you could opt out of having the shampoo & conditioner as it’s a waste if I don’t use it. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Doesn't hold gray coverageI have been using this product on and off and finally canceled because the color does not hold. The gray coverage fades with a week or two. I would have to recolor about every three weeks. Way too much trouble for minimal coverage. Idea of this company is great, but definitely was not happy.
