Same as most recent commentsWhat is going on with your products lately? There is a very distinct deterioration, and at a rapid speed! The last couple years the color has been sub-par and does not cover the grays and is very, very inconsistent, Did you get a new chemist? A new mixer, or maybe a new source of the raw materials? Clearly something is definitely off. I have been a loyal customer since 2013 without ever using color from another source since. What gives? Dull lifeless color that washes out in a weekAfter over two years of being a customer I finally give up. The color is never what I ask for, there is barely any red pigment in it and it’s disappointing every month. After a week it has half washed out already. I was charged without my permission!Stay away! I didn’t order any products from them, I was charged without my permission.
