Worst experience everThe first time I received my hair color from esalon, it was the right color which was natural black. The second time I received my hair color from them, they sent me a reddish tinted color and I hate that color in my hair. Not knowing my hair color would turn out that color I dyed my hair and afterwards it looked horrible. I did not change anything in my plan so I have no idea why they sent me that color. I even emailed them about it and they told me to send them a picture which was yesterday and they still have not gotten back to me. You can’t mess with peoples hair. I was furious. I will not ever use their products again. I found a better product to use and got my hair back to how I wanted it. It didn't cover my gray as promised.I am so disappointed. I've begun to get gray hair, which is why I purchased the hair color from this company, as it is advertised to cover gray hair. FormulaI’m sorry this seems to be a very different formula from I started using esalon in 2016. I restarted using it and my hair was stiff and brittle, felt horrible!!!! Color did not do any justice either! I wish I could modify the color myself and see a picture or a preview of what I want. Service not as advertisedCame back to e-salon on after taking a year off from color. Followed all the steps, updated profile with current pictures, and explained exactly what I needed. The colorist never bothered to contact me to clarify anything. Actually I doubt that she even looked at my comments or photos. They sent me 1 bottle of color which would not be enough to color my long hair with lots of premature grey and almost a year without coloring. When I called to get an explanation I was told that there were no colorists available and I’d have to call them back. That is extremely poor customer service and not what this company claims to provide. I’m better off going back to store brands like L’Oreal or Clairol.
