bad colorthe color they sent me turned my hair orange red and it did not cover the roots, instead it made my roots light orange red. the color I had before was good then they changed it and did not listen to the color I wanted. Keeps trying to charge meIt says my ordering has been turned off yet every month they try and charge my card different amounts. What do you have to do. This company used to be amazing, now has gone downhillI have asked for a light colour as my original colour is white. I kept getting a base of dark brown, whilst I was hoping to gradually go lighter and lighter. Phoned and talked to a colourist who promised to swap the base to a Light Brown and still got exactly the same colour that comes nearly black. Wrong colour from what I asked forI asked for a specific hair colour (9.0 Light Blonde) but was given a hair colour that was much, much darker, and not at all what I had asked for.
