I did't sign up for recurring orders but they put me on a plan.And the "contact us" link on the Support page doesn't work. Be careful--I ordered one set of color to try it out, and to my surprise, a second set was delivered a few weeks later. When I logged on to my account, I saw that I was signed up for a plan to have color delivered every 3 weeks. I didn't sign up for a plan. I followed the links to cancel the plan--which was tricky because I had to click on "cancel my plan" several times, and each time it would have been easy to accidentally click on "keep my plan". False lookingI expected a natural looking mahogany and ended up with a fake result that would suit a 15 year old girl. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Didn't cover all my greysI feel I was a little harsh in my initial review, the colour was slightly darker than I had wanted and what I had in mind however maybe I didn’t express what I wanted clearly or was being unrealistic with what was possible, my one gripe is it didn’t cover all my greys I don’t have a lot but some at the roots and sideburn area although most covered there was a few that didn’t and I found the coverage didn’t last as long but I usually use 20vol developer in the salon and this set came with 10 vol with no option of changing them 20,30 or even an option to buy. Colour leaves hair really smooth and doesn’t leave a strong smell and everything you need is provided gloves, shampoo, conditioner, stain guard and stain remover. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
