Liked it but not as much as last timeThis time my hair turned out much darker... almost black. The directions called for me to leave it on for 30 minutes but in the past I thought it was only 15-20... maybe that was the difference. GOT THE COLOR I ASKED FORI got the color I asked for, I think on my next visit I'd like to give it a BIG twist. I don't agree with the 100% gray coverage because I still have some gray hairs in me. Left my roots a little lightThis came as a kit with two bottles one for my roots that was a slightly different color than the one for my ends. With the exception of my roots, the color from top to bottom is uniform and rich. The roots are a couple shades lighter than the rest as I am almost all white at the top. Would like to go a little darker with the root bottle next time. Great ColorI had highlights I was ready to get rid of. I purchased this color a little nervous about whether or not it would totally cover my highlights. A filler was added to my order and explained that it would return color to the bleached hair. Then there is an overall color that would be put on next. I love the product but the color is to dark! What can I do to fix it?I love the way my hair feels, the product is GREAT! But I expected it to be a bit lighter. I NEED to fix it but I don't want to make the mistake of running to the drug store to buy a box dye. Love it!I love the color. So natural looking, looks like the color I had as a kid. The only problem is now that it’s almost 2 weeks starting 3rd week, it’s not adhering to the grays.
