Made my hair brassy and color didn't takeThis color went on healthy soft virgin hair so the color should have took but all it did was fry my hair and make it brassy. I ordered the dark brown with purple and it went on a great plum color, but it washed out immediately and left a frizzy brassy disaster. Went blackHave light brown hair with blonde highlights and wanted to go a medium brown for winter. Left this colour on for half the amount of time as stated on the instructions as it started to look really dark. I'm tired of giving the benefit of the doubt.Been using this hair color since June 2020. I cannot believe I stuck with it for two years... probably because it was so convenient. I get one good color out of every four. Like many other reviews, the color is inconsistent and even turns my roots lighter at some places. I have very dark hair and use a blue black permanent dye for gray coverage. Some places cover well others appear stripped of all color. Been going back and forth with them for a while. I don't change my routine, wash my hair on a Sunday and do not use any product. The apply hair day on a Thursday so it's not freshly cleaned. I'm so tired of playing this game of will it cover my roots or ruin my hair this time. Found another brand online with far better reviews. Will finally be ending this horrible hair relationship. Terrible - total scamAnd still no answer.....it is awful that I cannot change my color on my own. I need to go through some mythical "stylist". I actually didn't not like the color I was being sent so I wanted a new color but was not given a way to change it ..... system only allows a note to be sent to stylist who then ever responds. Good way to make money off customers by sending them stuff they don't want and ignoring their requests. I tried to stop the auto-ship also and cancel but now it looks like that didn't even happen. Apparently they do whatever they want.....geez. Total scam. Interesting....now I am trying to publish my review and it saying over and over again I need to "refresh".
