DisappointedI called and spoke with a colorist before I decided on a color. I told her what I was looking for, submitting pics of my current color, told her my grays were hard to color…noted this all on my online order. I was assured my hair would not be pink or purple…it was pink and purple! I looked like My Little Pony…4 days before vacation! So upset! Drab colorI’ve done my hair myself for many years using box color and have had better results. The kit is easy, but the colors are very drab. I asked for a vibrant strawberry blonde but got a murky brown with a hint of very faint copper. This is after sending photos of my current color and following instructions perfectly. Hot roots, dull colorThis color wasn’t copper enough. I want a copper red. I ended up with hot roots and the color looked dull on me. I cannot afford to buy your color and then go to a salon, which I have done twice since beginning e salon. I have been coloring my hair successfully for over 20 years, so it is not for lack of experience. Also, the Camo Mist doesn’t work for me at all. I hope this next batch of color is beautiful. My Hair is Brown Instead of RedI just wanted to touch up the roots for my red hair color. I used the kit sent to me and instead of red hair, my hair is now brown everywhere except the roots which are clown-orange. I found the color very drying as well.
