Did not cover my gray rootsThe color is beautiful where it took, but even having followed the directions step by step my gray roots are still showing through. Didn’t work for my hairYou sent two sets of hair color I use them both on in one time. It did not work at all. At least a little bit of color on my hair. It was nothing. I am surprised when I know from My bank account that they will sent me another set. Too harsh to my scalpI sooo love your hair colour and the whole concept but unfortunately I need to stop using it as every time I apply it, I have quite an intense burning and stinging sensation on my scalp for the first 2 days or so. Despite shampooing TWICE after each application! I used to ignore it, but as I just got a skin cancer diagnosis, this really scares me and I am now looking into more gentle alternatives.
