why is it so different from the last 2 times????this recent hair color is NOT the same as the last 2. I did not ask for adjustments, so why is it so light? It did not cover any grays, and it was not as dark as it usually is! Why does this keep happening? I do not believe you guys stick to the same formula...My hair DOES NOT look like it was even touched up or colored this time. I feel like I am paying 40$ for absolutely nothing! Either you guys are running some kind of scam, b/c I do not understand why, once I like the color and want it to stay the same, it suddenly gets screwed up??!! Misleading advertisingI wanted to try this service thinking any color could be custom made. I was indecisive and had to talk two different colorists and I was told if there is bleach or toning involved I still have to go to a salon. Really wanted to love itI have been dying my hair at home for 15 years so I know what I’m doing, my hair is also very short so it’s not hard to ensure complete coverage and VERY hard to miss spots.
