Color did not turn outThe hair color I choose was a dark dark brown with a purple sheen to it. My hair turned out a weird lighter red brown on the top and dark brown on the bottom. NOT WHAT I EXPECTEDI was so looking forward to using this product but I was so disappointed. I really hate to give this bad review but I followed the directions and I did have gray roots which they did not cover all the way. Actually it looks like I did not color my hair my daughter said. Toner set completely turned my hair grey green - covered all my highlights!Very dissatisfied with the toner addition. It covered all of my light blonde highlights and made my hair a weird coppery greyish green color. Hoping it will rinse out...totally ruined my color I finally achieved after a year! Very unreliable3 of my recent orders have been “lost in the mail”, and one was just entirely skipped for no apparent reason, so I haven’t been prepared to touch up my roots & color before 2 pretty major events, and have had to resort to drugstore hair coloring.
