Not for meI was curious about this product but was skeptical due to my stubborn greys. Unfortunately this did not take well on my greys. I only do 1 brand from the store since many others do not work on me. I dye my own hair for over 15 yrs so am familiar with how to properly do it at home. This was a sad outcome. Not interested to try again but canceling the membership is extremely challenging. I've even sent an email to cancel but no word for days. Worst hair color everI went through all the questions with my main concern being stubborn grays. I submitted 3 recent pics showing my hair color is a very very dark brown. I got the initial order and the color came out so much lighter than my hair color and greys started showing after 2 -3 washes. Due to my own negligence I didn’t realize I was on an auto fill plan and received a 2nd order. I immediately unenrolled and just kept the order thinking I’d give it another try since I had it. To my surprise I received an email telling me a 3rd order was shipped even after unenrolling. I had to contact customer service and the rep had a bad attitude as if she was being inconvenienced to unenroll me again and told me to mark the package return to sender and when they got it back they would refund my card but would proceed to charge my card in the meantime. No apology for sending it after I cancelled or anything. Long story short I tried the box I had kept and it took to my hair worse than the 1st time. It didn’t even look the light reddish brown like the 1st time; it was much lighter. Don’t waste your money on this product. Only colored some of my hairI'm so disappointed in this hair color. I made sure to fully saturate EVERY SINGLE hair. (I have severe OCD so there is no "good enough" in my book) I made sure to let it process for the instructed amount of time, which ended up being longer actually because it takes quite a while to color all of my hair. I did everything as the instructions stated but only parts of my hair are colored. Much of it looks like I didn't even put color on it, my roots included. Not to mention the hair dye basically exploded in the bottles. The root color was doing fine for a bit and then all of a sudden it got really hot and started gushing out. The ends color did it immediately after mixing. I had to put them both in bowls where it looked like there was three or four times as much dye as there was when I started. I was terrified all my hair was going to fall out or something but I couldn't exactly stop half way through. As it turns out, I could have and it would've looked about the same. I won't run the risk of using the second shipment I received. I got this product because of the great reviews and it sounded so promising so maybe I just got a bad batch or have bad luck or something because this is probably the worst hair color I've ever used. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Too pricey n not enough gray coverageThis is rip off! They advertise $9.99 I signed up they charge me $9.99 the 2nd auto ship was $34 what a rip off ! I wasn’t aware of the amount charges.
