Color IssueMy color has taken a much longer time to arrive after ordering and this round did not cover my roots at all. The consistency was much more foamy (which it has never done) and began making sizzle sounds as well. I’ve never been unhappy with an order but this time I am very disappointed. I cannot find anywhere on the site where I can email/contact support. The one place I found would not load a location to message. I plan to try and call support during the week. I’d like a replacement order to try and cover the roots that have grown out significantly due to such a long time for delivery (which has never been such a long wait in the past). Poor supportDur to lack of support I did not use the product. I actually needed to send it back and try a different formula. I was told yo just test it on a strand. Don’t buyThe colorist are not helpful. When I called to get clarity about highlights she was not helpful and acted like I was bothering her. If you’re trying to cover gray don’t use this product. Gray comes back very quickly and the color isn’t great. Prices keep going up. I went to Sally’s and found much better color for gray and much cheaper. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
