Not great.Bought this colour back in September. Wasn’t ready to use at that stage, I have always been extremely happy with Clairol nice and easy original formula however their formula has changed and I am looking for a new supplier. This colour is so one dimensional and their are no tones. The colour is flat with no reflective colour. Can’t wait to colour again but not with E-salon. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Terrible coverageI just finished coloring my hair and the quality is not what I'm used to from eSalon. The roots are barely tinted and appear brassy in comparison to the length of my hair. Not dark brown at all. Very disappointed. My family has commented before that they don't think the color is as good as it has been in the past, but this time there is no missing that immediately after coloring it still looks like it needs to be done. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. It didn’t do anythingI’ve been dying my hair for years and now I’m leaving for Aruba tomorrow and my hair is still gray . I followed all the instructions and I’m so angry . I want my money back . Without the ends refresher my hair gets ruinedI would not use the Custom color set without the ends refresher, I did one time, and my hair got ruined for the summer and I had to chop it off because it became so dry and brittle. You must add the ends refresher kit because it’s a completely different formula developed to moisturize your mid length to your ends and give it a lighter color than your roots to make it more natural looking. Didn't cover my greysI only dye my hair to cover my grey roots and this didn't manage to do that despite following the instructions to the letter.
