I had no gray hair, My hair was natural dark blonde, color kit turned it orangeI spent $200 trying to fix it at real salon and still not right color. not impressedFor the price - the gloves are flimsy and the color blends thru - they give you 2 pair because they fall apart- the color washes out quickly - the color is great but this is just too much $$ for what I received - I've been coloring my hair for over 30 years and this product is far from the best 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Order sent to wrong address................I looked for a contact and didn't see one. I am furious. I changed my shipping address, and it is still being shipped to the wrong place. We travel a lot and this is not the first time this has happened. Looks like I am going to have to cancel my account if this company is not willing to work with me, plus my product will be later getting here. And I am having to bother someone to have it forwarded on to me. Didn't come out the colour I wantedI mixed the colour and at first, it looked an okay colour but quickly darkened to a dark purple. I was originally wanting orange hair and it came out dark red!
