Did not cover my grey roots!!This product has not worked as stated. Having washed my hair twice with the shampoo and conditioner sold by esalon, in the last week . following the colouring of my hair. Looked nothing like the reference photo!I used to like e-salon as a way to keep up with my red color without breaking the bank, but the dye kept looking fake red when I repeatedly requested that it look more natural, and each time it would only get worse. This is my second attempt. The color is betterBut your color does not color my whites around border of face. And I literally did it first around entire face.
