Unbelievable lasting colour, but extreme drynessThe colour went on darker than I wanted at first (almost black) but my hair was already dry and therefore porous. In addition, the formula itself is extremely drying and not enough conditioner was provided (even for 1 use) The colour has lasted so well though. I am extremely pleased with it, as no “shop bought” brunette has given me the ash tones my hair needs. Overall great for colour, awful for drying hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Hot rootsI was very displeased because my gray roots turned red and did not cover. I explained when I ordered the color that it needed to be darkest brown for coverage of my gray roots and mahogany as overall color. Patchy and a terrible colourI was so excited to use this dye but after using and following instructions to the letter, my ends went a bright red and my roots were black! Ruined the condition of my hair also I now have static, frizzy hair. I've been dyeing my own hair for years with no trouble but this was a disaster. All I can say is the packaging was really lovely and the personalisation is a nice touch but really I would have preferred it all came in a plastic bag if it meant I had got the lovely, even hair colour I wanted. Customer Service ShockingGood luck if you try to cancel this as I have several times ! I have emailed tried to call, I cancelled through the app they still sent the hair colour took payment, cancelled again told me my colour was coming soon so I cancelled my payment and emailed again, now they’re telling me my payment didn’t go through and can I add another card. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Plenty of productThe color that I got now is a redish orange tint for a dark blonde, now how does a redish orange tint come from a dark blonde? Did not cover my grey roots!!This product has not worked as stated. Having washed my hair twice with the shampoo and conditioner sold by esalon, in the last week . following the colouring of my hair.
