Poor supportDur to lack of support I did not use the product. I actually needed to send it back and try a different formula. I was told yo just test it on a strand. Don’t buyThe colorist are not helpful. When I called to get clarity about highlights she was not helpful and acted like I was bothering her. If you’re trying to cover gray don’t use this product. Gray comes back very quickly and the color isn’t great. Prices keep going up. I went to Sally’s and found much better color for gray and much cheaper. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not enough gray coverageThere was not enough gray coverage. Hard to use - Messy. Thinner than other hair coloring and bled at the edges onto my face. Very costly. I can Color my hair for under $10 an application. I wanted to try it but my biggest complaint it did not cover my gray at the edges and roots. Root color didn't blend with endsIn June, I asked for a slightly lighter ash brown touch up for roots to match and blend with medium brown lowlights and highlights. I didn't use the touch up until November and the roots came out as brassy and light reddish brown. It did not match or blend with my ends. I just ordered another root touch to try and fix the problem. Hopefully, it will blend.
