the hair color is not coloring my greyI was wondering if your product has been reformulated because it is not covering my grey hair. I know grey coverage is difficult but the side of my head after coloring is looking like no coloring has been done. Completely wrongI was looking for a change but ended up with root touch up color. I don't remember ever saying I needed a root touch up, nor have any idea how my custom color became a root touch up kit. I'm super disappointed. Does not work on gray hairDid not work on my gray hair. It is very messy products. Save your money and go to the real salon. I followed the instructions to the T and still have my gray after the first wash. They did not indicate that this is a reoccurring plan and started to send out another box to me.
