Not the colour I thought I was gettingThis review is hard for me to write because there is so many pros, but the one con is a huge deal to me. I love the product itself. Easy instructions, easy to apply, very minimal odour and my hair felt really good after and the shampoo and conditioner smells amazing! But, I absolutely hate the colour I received. I was so upset with the colour. I did not want my hair to be copper/auburn, I wanted dark blonde. Was a nightmarethat I didn't have to paint it on, until this 2023 you can imagine my admiration, but I don't know what happened now, that the result was fatal, the nightmare of gray hair is horrible. Instead of covering it up, what seemed to be was to increase the situation and I had recommended them to my acquaintances and they made me look bad in front of them. Not a fanI was super excited to try, but ended up disappointed. The smell is SUPER strong which, for me, is a trigger for migraines. I did give it a shot regardless. Fan on, windows open. Followed instructions to the letter. While processing, all looked great!! However, once washed and out of the towel, not so much. My grey's were not gone at all and neither were my roots. This color actually lightened my roots by an entire shade. I'm not sure how or why since I went w a blue/black color as i have dark hair.
