Quality decreased dramaticallyLats 2 batches were really bad. This last one in particular. Extreme pigment, so much more than other times and literally zero coverage. I actually want a refund. My grays are still showing which never happened before. Using this for years. DisasterAfter applying the paste on to the hair, I closed the cap of the bottle. After 10 seconds, the bottle got hot and explored. The color splashed all over to my white walls in my bathroom. I wasn't happy with my new colorThe new color did not cover my grey it turned it a funky color at first and was gone in two washes This time the color dried my hair out as well, The first color that i ordered had a hint of purple and that one did not dry my hair out . I do not like red in my hair and the new color turned the rest of my hair a reddish color in two washes I need to do a revamp on the color before you send me any more. Don’t botherThe color did not come out as it should. I’ve dyed my hair plenty of times before and had no problems. I followed the instructions to a t and will not reorder.
