WAY TOO DARKMy previous order was a light golden brown with blonde and red. I know you will tell me this last order is the same formula, but my hair is now dark brunette! The directions said to leave the color on for 40 minutes which seemed a long time, but I did it. If this is what is going to happen with each color and I can't count on my hair coming out the same each time, then what's the purpose? Very Disappointed! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did nothing for my hairI have dark brown/black hair and it did NOTHING for me. The color didn’t even show at all, it barely even showed on the parts of my hair that were already dyed to a brighter color. Save your money 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Didn't colorI used this and it didn't color my hair except the ends. Now I'm left with black looking ends and auburn in the rest of my hair. Will never try this again. I'll stick with professional salons. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Doesn’t cover GrayI’ve tried it 3 times now and it does not cover my grays. It is a lovely color, however a little darker maybe a medium ash blonde and adding Olaplex would be great!! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Grey's did not takeAfter only two weeks, my greys turned red rather than staying brown. I have lots of grey at my part and I used the special pre-color spray for the grey hair. At first, I loved the color, but it didn't last at all. I am extremely red at my part. I have only used the product once and loved the texture of my hair, but the color needs to last longer.
