Cannot get color correctAfter a year of constantly having to ask for my color adjusted to get it to the tone I desired from the start, one would think that it would be close enough that I may be happy. Instead, my color is awful and I’m spending a significant amount to have corrections done. There was one single time when I was in tears because the color was so bad that I received a complimentary color, other than that I was told that an adjustment would be made for the color that was to come in 8 or so weeks. My spouse cringes after I dye my hair and I try to avoid mirrors. For a company that claims to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I haven’t seen any indication they should present themselves as such. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Wrong colorDied my hair finally and always had black hair I bought soft black and my hair turned brown talk a a person was to get a refund but they gave me 10 $ refund when I spent over 65$ on there stuff slap in the face for there screw up never buying from this place again and also I sent pics on how my hair color looked im not happy 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
