MarroonI was looking for revitalizing my natural red hair. As I have gotten older, my hair got darker. Your website is deceptive.I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR AN ONGOING HAIR COLOR DELIVERY. I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS SECOND DELIVERY YOU TOLD ME ABOUT - AFTER, CONVENIENT FOR YOU, RIGHT - YOU SHIPPED IT . YOUR PHONE HELP IS NOT AT ALL. YOUR WEBSITE MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO SAY NO TO SUBSCRIPTION BECUASE ITS HIDDEN FROM THE ONLINE USER UNTIL YOU CREATE A FIRST ORDER - AND ITS ONLY AFTER THAT FIRST ORDER CAN I FIND CANCEL OR HOLD. I DO NOT EVER WANT ANY ORDERS FROM ESALON AGAIN. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR FLOOD OF MARKETING EMAILS EITHER. DO YOU THINK PEOPLE COLOR THEIR HAIR EVERY OTHER DAY????? Not as expectedHi, I did my hair last night and was disappointed as the color was not what I asked for. I wanted the burgundy color I received last time but in a permanent color.
