Disappointed in resultsThe mixture seemed thicker than usual and seemed to leave an unnatural texture to my hair. My hair did not have a nice shine to it. Seemed somewhat dull. I'm not sure if you have changed your formula but I wasn't satisfied with the results. This is terrible!I received it n was so excited to receive it. I applied the color n waiting … rinsed it all out washed n conditioned it. Waited for it to dry a bit. The color took to my roots but not length of my hair! Geez I look ridiculous! Wish I never tried it! Now I have to figure out how to cancel this!
