So SLOW!!!!Shipping takes FOREVER! They will ship faster IF you PAY additional $5, and it isn’t that much faster. I tried it. The colour was lovely but not what I wanted or expectedThe colour was nice, and on any other day I would have loved it but it is so much darker than I wanted and not how I described I wanted it, Judging from the colour chart provided. Which was a shame as I had my heart set on that colour. Also the amonia was so strong I had to walk out of my bath room 4 times during the application because it was making my eyes water. No thanks!I got my box and was so excited! I read everything and did just as instructed to do. I liked the color ok. But two weeks later the color is fading on everything. Every shampoo, next morning, or sweating, causes pink to fade on things. My pillowcase is stained after two weeks from the time I colored it. The color keeps fading and ruining things with a pink color from my hair! I have never had this happen. So, I'm not in any hurry to use this brand again. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Disappointed.I am disappointed with the color this time. I had used a medium brown and had some mohogany blended, expecting I'd get a slight red peeking through. My selections led me to choosing another feature in the color, one of which was ash. Since I didn't want any of the other options offered, I felt I had no real choice. And as I suspected at the time, the color came out an ashy-brown, no red, slight or otherwise, just drab-brown. What is mohagany anyway, if not a reddish-brown? Medium Blonde turned my hair RedI asked for an exact color match to cover my grays. It’s nerve racking trusting anyone with your hair- it’s the frame for your face, so of course you need to get the color right the first time. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened for me. My hair now has a red tint to it- like a dark strawberry blonde… not my style and it was really obviously not a match for my roots as the grow out is already showing 4 weeks later. It doesn’t look professional and now I need to wait for the color to wear off and then pay a salon to fix my hair. Additionally it’s super strong in the chemical smell, which can’t be good for my hair or scalp. I tried to leave a note for my stylist but I also found out that you can’t take advantage of their guarantee and leave a note for the stylist on your account unless you are paying to place a new order. Dark muddy brown not red like I asked forReally unhappy and disappointed with my first try of esalon. My hair was red and I wanted my roots to match, now my hair is dark brown (basically my natural colour) it looks awful and will be dark and depressing all winter now as I can’t dye again without damaging it. ProductIve been using ur product for quite awhile now and i have had no problems with the color solution but lately these two last orders I have been noticing a lot of hair lost while rinsing off solution. Also some hair breakage. I don't know what it is? Have you altered ur solution? Just wondering if something is different on ur end. Just really concerned! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
