It didn’t work color won’t take on my hairNot to mention when you try to cancel it they will keep charging your card and completely ignore you no matter how many times you reach out. Then it says then sent it every month I got it every other month. My auto ship says it’s off BUT CLEARLY IM STILL BEING CHARGED no one has helped me the several times I have reached out so I guess now I’m going to have to inconvenience myself more by canceling my debit card so they don’t have the number to charge this is a joke 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. They don't listen or follow your request.the color I received was too dark.I should ask for a refund. I briefly put a nite that I don't want too dark due to my grey hair but they still give me a very dark color. NOt worth it for the amount I paid. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Defective Color BottlePlease send asap a bottle of coloring and the solution. The color bottle would not open, so my husband punched a hole in the top to get the color out, but it would not pour into the solution bottle well. Weirdest hair productI was excited to try esalon after seeing so many wonderful reviews, but sadly I was left disappointed and annoyed. When the parcel arrived it was beautifully packaged, the gloves ripped on me and this obviously caused problems, then as I have extremely thick and long hair there wasn’t enough shampoo and conditioner included. Since I had explained this when filling out all the hair questions I was disappointed. The dying process was simple and easy but the brush provided was cheap and nasty and the bristles were too hard on my head so I ended up using my own. Then when it came to finishing off I rinsed my hair as advised and towel dried it as much as I could but then I could not for the life of me get a brush though my hair, so drying and styling took a couple of hours. I was happy with the colour, but over a few days my hair was extremely difficult to unknot and style, my hair felt dried and my ends were really bad that I had to goto a hairdressers to have a minimum of five inches cut off because the dye had absolutely killed my ends! The products are strong smelling and not easy to remove from skin even with a stain remover cloth included and barrier protection! Not Impressed...Mahogany is a reddish-brown color. Generally, a blend of red, brown, and amber. I am aware many shades can be formulated, but this was not even close! The product went on easily. As it developed, it looked very dark, however, when finished, I could not see any red. In addition, it barely covered my gray roots, and yes, I did follow the directions explicitly. Since I just used the product, I have not had the opportunity to use the additional products that I purchased.
