Non desired outcomeMy colour didn't come out well. I took it to the salon and followed the instructions. We had to wait extra 10mins after putting the step 2 and massage all over my hair. Not happy with the unwanted colourDid ordered the blonde coper, and to be honest i think they sented me the wrong colour, turns out my hair is auburn now and very dark. So i wanted to order the colour i wanted to order, but was afraid would be to bright copper ( the intense copper) and now its not even on the website anymore.. im a bit disapointed thb 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Doesnt cover greyEvery time I get this I tell them it needs to cover grey and I follow the instructions. Every time, as soon as I wash off the dye, you can see the greys right off. Was it the right color mix???When l first opened the esalon l was very impressed with the arrangement and order of it. As l read the instructions and check the color chart that was part of the instructions. (Which was thrown out) l notice that there was copper add to it. One of the information gave my colorist is l wanted to to have less brassy color in my hair. I trusted my colorist thinking she knows what she is doing and colored my hair.
