Worst Hair colour ever. Burned my hair & lots of my hair fell out.Worst experience I have ever had with a Hair colour. It burned all my hair so much that I will have to cut it off. I always colour my Hair @ a Hair Salon. This was the first time I didn't & never again. It will take a long time for my hair to recover from this. I am cancelling my shipment STAT. Nothing short of a nightmareI would say I get what I deserve ordering color on line but, I think even this is extreme! I sent in before pic of my hair and made special note that I pull red. They supposedly adjusted for that and shipped the color. My entire head is not only red but it is and orange brassy red! I could have done better with a drug store color! 4 days later they have yet to even ship the repair color - I am beyond myself! I’ve not had color in my hair in over 3 years and am now hoping they can even take me back to my original before I applied this mess!! It was OKI did not use my first order for several weeks because I could not open the small bottle of color. Customer service was great and sent out a new kit. I like the color. Though I followed the instructions, my greys around my temples were barely covered and very noticeable after just a few days - before it was even washed for the first time. Smell unbearable and hair broken off. I used e salon, I lived tge colour and had no problems. This time however was a different story. The smell of Ammonia was unbearable and made my eyes stream. I have just been to my hairdresser to get my hair trimmed as I am growing it. She informed me that whatever I had coloured my hair with had caused it to break off, she showed me tge back and I could see this. I always had long thick hair and want to grow it longer, but she had to cut 3 inches off, I am heartbroken. I am an ex hairdresser, so know how to apply colour, I also used high quality hair products, Olaplex, redken and heat protection on my hair when styling. I can no longer have colour on my ends, and gave booked to have my roots done at my hairdressers. The condition of my hair has been compromised because of e salon colours.
