Arrived too lateAlthough I received an email to tell me it would be a few days late it’s now the 27th Jan (ordered on 15th) and it’s still not arrived. Hate it!!!!The new color you sent me has turned me into a brunette! I hate it!!! I had a color I loved and used for years. After changing my credit card that I was using to pay for the order, I was forced to go through the color selection all over. I just received my new order, which was supposed to maintain my blonde color is now brunette, I would have been better off not using anything.
