Great idea...but..Ordered the special offer for the first try. The whole concept is impressive,and professional. The colour was a good choice,and the whole packaging impressive,however my hair after the treatment was dry,very and hair looked dull.I did use the enclosed conditioner. Not even closeI explained that I wanted copper orange hair (not fiery red) multiple times. Customer service was nice but that's the only good thing I have to say about this company. They sent me two "reformulated" colors for free so I guess I appreciated that even though they ruined my hair. Was going from platnium to orange copper. They knew I was platnium from day one. 1st box the "colorist" felt confident that this would be no problem. Color washed out pretty much instantly. 2nd "colorist" I talked to thought a permanent rather than a demi was best. 3rd "colorist" said it would be a process which I understood due to previously being so light and my hair is very porous. I don't see why, if I needed a filler (which I did) they didn't explain that in the beginning. If you ask to speak to a manager, she is nice in a passive aggressive way. She understands why EVERYTHING was formulated. Even if you had one say demi perm the next say permanent and the next (last) say demi. It's a waste of your time and your money. I appreciated the refund but 20 something bucks can't undo the damage my hair has suffered due to this company. I honestly don't believe a single one of them are licensed. Look at the requirements if you want to work for them. Bare minimum. Don't be fooled. You're better off with box color. Pretty much the same thing.
