I’m not happy about resultsI received first order To repair my hair colour because I have long hair black colour with lighter end , I was very busy and didn’t colour antil received second order, both orders not enough for my hair because it was too long and I wrote this note when I did order and my hair colour changed in only roots and end hair but middle hair stay dark . Madison Reed is betterThe color was wrong. Most importantly, my scalp immediately started burning and it still burns a day afterwards. This is never happened before and it didn’t even cover my grays which there are only a few of them, I completely saturated them with the dye and kept it on longer than the recommended time but yet they still were not covered. RedishI need to remove the golden from my last order. My hair came out red, not golden. I've had the happen once before without the golden as well. I sent in a new photo. I need the dark roots and grey hair coverage. I do still want light blonde as this is the color I was born with. I'd like my order to ship right away as I'm having family pictures taken soon. OOPS DIDNT GO SO WELLMy first try was not good. As per instructions, Step1, after mixing the bottles the dye began to coalaglate. Using approx. 1/4 of the bottle I discontinued use. Step 2 again the same thing not as bad. The color that did take was okay, would have preferred a little more blue for highlight and accent. To be fair I recorded my kid in Nov.2023. Not sure if that would have made the issue. However I was excited to try your product, and would love to give it another try. Please help me .. Completely the wrong colour! So upsetI placed an order for a light to mid ginger. The colour on the reference photo matched my hair, and I even provided a photo of my hair to help the colourist. The dye that arrived is COMPLETELY the wrong colour - it's so dark that my hair is now BROWN, despite it claiming to be a ginger hair dye. The colour looks absolutely horrendous on me, my hair feels dry and frizzy and it has never looked or felt WORSE. I'm absolutely wrecked as it took me so long to get my hair to a colour I liked after it being dark for so long, now I've got to go through that process all over again! So for anyone else wanting an accurate result and amazing feeling hair like this company claims their dyes will give you, look elsewhere! Bad all the wayI have dyed my hair alot in my past so I know what to do and how to do it in this the instruction were somewhat confusing but I didn't have any problem using it but my color I don't like my husband who picked it out said he picked something else not this color it also made my hair feel horrible I stopped my plan because I can go to Walmart and get a dye kit spend less I would get what I would want and my hair would feel alot better 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
