No where near intense copperAfter having my colour adjusted as the first one just wasn’t bright enough, I mixed up the first bottle and felt little concerned that it was rather red than the previous bottle that looked orange, I popped it on anyway then waited, mixed the bottle prepared for my ends which was very orange and more like the original set I received. Followed all of the instructions and rinsed it all off and I’m gutted because my ginger hair that I just wanted brightened a little is now a darker auburn red colour, nowhere near the intense copper pictured, I feel like the ratio of colour didn’t reflect the actual bottle with how red it’s turned out. Did not cover the gray/white.This color did match my previous hair color without any gray/white. However it did a poor job of covering the much-lighter parts of my hair. I had to go purchase an over-the-counter Loreal product to cover it. It does not cover grey well and the colour has changed to carrotThe colour set does not cover my grey hair around the temple area and my forehead. The colour also has changed and it looks more like a carrot colour. I have taken the colourist's advise and applied the colour according to the instructions. washes off quicklyThe color is good, but it quickly loses its color after washing the hair. I am asking the administrator, look at my e-mail, my card was charged without my knowledge, I did not place an order. Why can't anyone contact me for 2 days? What is the reason? Just ok.I have given eSalon several tries. I love the concept and presentation. I have just not had great results with covering my grey. The formula was adjusted several times and I was hopeful each time. The customer service is excellent. I am not sure if it is just my hair… but the color didn’t quite take or last. Update-March 2024. I should have stuck with my original thoughts. Just tried again… this time much of the same except ZERO help from the experts. Have sent two messages that have gone unanswered. My color is scheduled to ship tomorrow and still nothing. I have huge concerns about the last color that were never addressed. Don’t bother… they won’t help you.
