Harsh on hair and made my hair brassyI've been using another at home brand and recently the quality had gone a bit downhill so I thought I'd try this. I've done 3 root colorings and I've found this product to be really harsh on my hair, it feels like straw now, and leaves my hair brassy after about 1 week. I specifically listed that I don't want that when choosing my color but it's just not a good product. Color is great but...It didn't cover my gray roots, I colored my hair yesterday with the product you sent me, but had to run to the store and get a color to cover my roots, it was too much for me. Colour doesn't showdon't bother buying if you have dark hair. I followed all the instructions and you can kind of see it in the scalp/roots under a light and that's about it. very disappointing. i ordered Medium Brown Copper Golden 5CG and my current colour was third from the right (dark brown / black) and my hair is still basically the same. If you have light hair go for it i guess the instructions are good they provide you with two gloves and stain guard and stain removal wipes and the delivery was quick and reliable, but dark haired folks turn away; a complete waste of money. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Needs a few adjustmentsColors not right yet, I think it’s pretty hard to get the right color by looking at photos on a phone. Have sent a few texts to get it changed for next time.
