Roots not the sameMy kit came with 1 color for my hard to cover gray and another for the rest of my hair. I followed the directions to a T. Now my roots look orange and the rest is dark brown. AS OF 7-15-25, I have never spoken to anyone regarding my roots turning orange. My husband ordered a second supply of hair color within one or two days of my original order because I was worried that there might not be enough color for my hair. I still have orange roots. I am unfortunately for the first time in my life going to pay my cosmetician to fix my hair color. I'm very disappointed with the product and I'm discouraged because of what I paid for the product. Too dark and did not listen to my needsAfter several emails including photos, the color was way too dark. It was a deeply saturated dark color without dimension. It was not flattering and was not what I expected from a custom hair color online service. I paid for 2 colors and I think they sent 2 complimentary to try to get the color right, but it just didn’t work out for me. I appreciate their help, but just way too dark and now I need to buy a color remover to start over myself, as my salon would charge me over $100 for correcting the color. It’s really difficult it seems to get the right color on line, which unfortunately was my experience. No one wants dark saturated dark dull hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color not close to color chosenThe color I chose was supposed to be the result of what it would look like from my natural hair color. My hair came out a bright fake looking red at the roots and darker on the bottom. The color I chose said the makeup of color was only a small amount of red and was supposed to give me an auburn undertone. Unfortunately this didn't happen. I did email customer service and was told I could get a credit and try with. another color but I don't feel comfortable with that as they couldn't get it right the first time.
