Love the colourCustomer service is fab. Love the colour but struggling to cover all greys. The application process is easy and personal and the little touches are great. Down side is I think the colour guard is very greasy and even though I use it very sparingly and try not to get it in my hair, it must Transfer when washed as I am left with greasy hair after thoroughly washing. Love it!I was very happy to see how professional the packaging was when it arrived. I have very long hair so needed help in application. It was an easy process to follow using the video guides. The only slight drawback was the residue left after using the shampoo and conditioner supplied. My hair felt very "squeaky" and did not dry. I washed it again, in fact several times, before it felt clean but i am more than happy with the results.. Good colorThe color was much darker than I expected but I got used to it. One thing I do not like is that the color did not hold on the gray hair on my temples. This is the greatest thing ever!I have always been on top of my hair color (even more so now that the silvers show up a lot faster). I actually found out about this place from Pinterest and because I was spending 25.00ish for hair color at ULTA anyways, I decided to give it a whirl. The colors are so vibrant...and they fade but it takes a lot longer it seems. I even skipped my esalon color and went with the Madison Reed color that I had purchased before I found out esalon AND THERE WAS A DISTINCT DIFFERENCE in the texture of my hair after coloring and the color itself. I found myself coloring my hair three weeks later because of that. I also wanted to see how easy it was to adjust my color (I did this with my last order) and really just to change things up a bit. I got the email saying that my order was about to ship and I had 'X' number of days to modify my color. I didn't have to log into the website! I was able to reply to the email which made things even more convenient and although I have yet to color my hair with my adjusted color, I was impressed.
