complaintI have a complaint! I got my order just a few days ago and I am so dissapointed with it, let me tell you why! Last night I followed the directions to the T, and the final results are terrible! My hair is too dark! I only did the roots as directed, and gosh, my hair doesn't look good at all because the color shade you sent me did NOT MATCH my hair color at all. I had just changed my hair color from dark to light, now the roots are dark, with the highlights, and I do not know why I was sent such a dark color for the roots ONLY! Doesn't seem better than my store bought kitThe product is okay, but doesn't seem better than a box kit from the store. The thing I do like is that it is a color created for me, so it is a better match with my skin tones. My hair grows fast and shows my grey after one week or a little more.
