GoodRoots had the depth of the golden blonde I wanted. Did emulsion directions. My hair is very long and I know there’s only so much you can do. However, my ends, top layer of hair are still a bit washed out grayish looking, also around face line where I have a lot of white/gray hair. No drynessI like the eSalon color system. I noticed that my scalp wasn't dry and flaky after using eSalon color. Other color kits have made my scalp really dry but I've not experienced the same with eSalon. However, it seem like my grey roots started showing after about 2 weeks following my color. Good colorI really like my color and gave it 4 stars. The only hiccup I had is in my side burn area of my hair line. The color seemed not to last through a couple of washes and the gray began to show. I only colored roots so had really applied a lot to all root areas.
