nice shade

I have received some good comments and people noticed right next day. But my grey hair, roots start showing after 2 weeks. i follow the instructions on the booklet, but i might have done something wrong. otherwise, i would give a 5 stars. thanks.

Best color I’ve used

The product comes very attractively and thoughtfully packaged. Color comes out true to my request. It doesn’t last really much longer than any other color I’ve used, but it it’s just as lovely as the salon color I paid 4x as much for & the salon color didn’t last as long as the esalon color!

Choice of color

They reviewed information and the picture that I had provided, the color I wanted was in their opinion not the best choice. They sent me a color which they felt would be suit. It was dark blonde, I was skeptical but applied it. They were on top of their game, it was a better choice and I actually like it.

I love the color! The only complaint would be that it fades too quickly. But I've gotten many compliments on the color. Will keep using this site

Hair color

I love the color but it doesn't make my hair look copper. It makes it look reddish/ brown. The instructions were very well broken down and easy to understand in detail.

Exceeded Expectations

I was slightly hesitant because what appears on a screen isn’t always what matches in real life. After contacting the color specialist and describing what I want, they sent the perfect color. It was easy to apply and weeks later the color still looks great. (Which when red tones fade its normally orange. This isn’t at all.).
