Great productThe color is great, leaves my hair feeling healthy. The only thing I don't like so much is that once I mix the color and developer it's almost too thick to come out of the bottle. I clip the tip off so it's bigger, but it's still difficult to get it to come out. Towards the end I take the top off and squeeze it out onto my hand and dip my finger in it. I’m in love with my personalized box, BUT, first-time around, my ‘SHAKE, BAKE & TAKE’, did NOT do my gray roots very well, and/or, had lacked in all-over richness, dimension and coverage. GoodThe color was good. It colored all of my hair, which is saying a lot because I have really long hair and usually have to buy 2 boxes of store bought color. Custom ColorThe custom color was pretty spot on but bright in the beginning. The color application was challenging to do myself.
