Wonderful color adjustment!I have been dying my hair blonde for years. I wanted to get away from the blonde and try to go with a more natural color that would blend more with my graying hair. I tried a retail brand's silver color and, given the color of my hair, it came out an unusual darker blonde which I kind of liked. I wanted to continue to get my color from esalon because I have been a satisfied customer for for a few years. I sent pictures and explained what I had done to myself and asked it they could come up with something similar. The first try was still too blonde for me. I reached out to esalon with this information and received a personal phone call from a colorist during which we discussed my color and I thought I was asking the impossible! But, after the conversation, I received a new adjusted color and I could not be happier. I get so many compliments on my hair mostly about how natural my color looks. Color turned out niceColor turned out nice, I feel there is still red popping through? Could it be dulled down. Maybe that is just my natural hair, and I can't do much about it. But, my husband said he really liked it, and that he didn't want me to change anything about the formula. Otherwise, the process went well. Still haven’t matched my colorI like the product but am disappointed to not have found the right color match yet. My hair is a little tricky. When I have a more brown color, the rest of my hair looks red and vice versa. But over all it blends in okay and is better than store bought attempts 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
