Natural red hairDue to corona I’ve been unable to get to the salon. I have natural red hair but am going grey. I needed my roots doing but was scared to use a box dye. I messaged my hairdresser to try to get the exact number she uses but she did not reply. After being guided through the colour options my perfect match was found. New color change with pictureOk, at first I thought the color was just a bit too dark, especially on the ends. After a few shampoos, color is about right, but ends somewhat darker. I will send picture, I did have the end replenished color this time. I need just a bit lighter, not like my first 2 orders, but maybe not as much brown. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Nearly perfect !I was extremely pleased with this custom color although it still was a little too light for me and faded pretty fast , but I got to the ginger tone is wanted and next order I’ll just ask to darken the tones that’s the beauty of esalon 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great customer serviceCan't seem to get the right shade even though I've uploaded pictures 😬 and color seems to wash out within 2 weeks I'm back to natural color.love all the stuff that comes with the monthly box. Good ColoursHowever, I found the process of mixing and painting on colour for roots, and then mixing and painting on colour for the ends, and then finishing with a shampoo, and then a conditioner in the shower was onerous and quite time consuming. If at the end I were to notice a great improvement in the colour or in the condition of my hair, it might have been worth it. But I don't think I have the patience for the process on a regular basis.
