Good Quality Easy to UseI love this so much. The items in the pretty pink box come personalized with your name. It has little stickers to tack you instructions to the wall or mirror so you are able to read them without touching them. The hair color covers well and lasts. Perfect color!!I love my custom color. I’m 47 and have never colored my hair until last year when I purchased my first color from your company. I’m a natural redhead and have just started to get not gray hair but a few white hairs and they were making me crazy. I was fearful of coloring my hair because I didn’t want it to look fake but no one can even tell. I cannot even tell, with the exception of all the white hairs now being gone! My regular salon is open again...But who cares? My has grown from short to shoulder-length, my eSalon color is gorgeous and covers my gray well, the Lights system added another dimension, and I get compliments on my color ALL THE TIME. I love when people ask me who my colorist is - and I point them directly to eSalon. I explain that I actually got to work with a colorist at eSalon to get to my color, how responsive she was, and that the customer service is excellent. Additionally, I'm saving a ton of money.
