The color initially turns out to be darker than needed, but after a couple washes - all good. I liked the shade on the ends and length better.

Great color/grays came through pretty quickly.

I LOVE the color, it's a perfect subtle violet tone. Maybe a little less red in the base for the next one because my hair naturally pulls red and goes red while fading. The grays did seem to come through pretty quickly, but I think that's something I'll have to deal with no matter what color.

Is not covering my white roots

I’ve tried different thicknesses of application and kept it on as long as possible but I am pink at the part. I have loved the customer service at esalon but I am going back to the non virtual salon

Where’s the brush?

My first shipment contained a brush for applying the color. The second one did not, so I suspended my subscription. I re-enrolled (the color is really good btw) but third shipment arrived, and no brush, again. A brush makes things a lot less messy. Mess is whole reason I go to the salon to begin with, even though the color is not as good! Just bc they’re neater!
