Product great, shipping terrible.The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the product. It is the shipping. It takes just shy of a month to get to me. Overall Good QualityThe color is good and very easy to apply. I live that esalon includes step by step instructions and all the necessary tools you will need for your color application. Its okI really like the hole idea of this and the kit is so so cute but I asked for pictures to make sure I was getting the right color I wanted and of course I didn't get the correct color , so im pretty upset . perfect brownI tried the other company that sells a salon-quality color set and hands down, e-salon is much better. I have heavy grays and use the kit to cover them only (I also have highlights). It leaves a glossy shine, and true brown color. The amount of product provided is enough for complete coverage. Other company left a reddish cast on my hair, and left a weird, dry feel to my hair. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color doesn't last like it used to.I colored my hair in the past and was actually shocked that it lasted just about 3 months until my next order came in. Now I use it and last 3 weeks maybe not even a month. For that I can buy the cheap stuff and get a good color that covers all my Grey's except doesn't last. If not mistaken cause it's been awhile since I've been using esalon but I could swear the store hair dyes lasted longer then 3 weeks and are under $10.00. 312 of 318 people found this review helpful. Changes…I’ve been a customer since 2016. I loved ESalon because the color was perfect, but mostly because the color covered my gray (actually all white) roots. And it lasted until my hair grew out, about 3 weeks. Now though… ESalon said they changed the formula (UGH!) and it is not lasting at all, I am seeing my gray/white come back within 2 weeks. I have always followed the directions, but at this rate, I might as well go back to the drug store formula I was using before. Cheaper and it lasts about as long. Come on ESalon!
