I absolutely LOVE my custom color!This was my first time using eSalon. I had originally selected the darkest brown with copper and mahogany undertones. When I spoke with my stylist, Danielle, she advised that the brown I chose would be very dark and would come out looking more black than brown. I definitely did not want that, I have a very fair complexion! Instead, she chose medium brown for me (I'm naturally a blonde, but my hair has been processed by bleach to keep the brighter color) with copper and mahogany. She told me that the colors are darker than they appear in the photos online, which was good because I wanted a more dark chocolatey brown than a standard brown. Well, Danielle really knows what she's doing! The adjustment she made to my custom color was absolutely perfect and I love my new hair color! I am thrilled with this service and have already been telling everyone about it! Custom Color SetUntil I retired I had my hair colored and highlighted at the salon. Once I retired I had a hard time justifying spending all that money. I also found I needed to have it done more frequently as the older I got the faster the grays were showing. I tried drug store color and for whatever reason whichever brand and whatever shade of blond (my natural color) i tried, within a week or two I always ended up with the same unfortunate shade of brassy reddish orange yuck. I was desperate when I read about eSalon. I was happy with my first custom color set. A definite improvement but still some of the dreadful brassy color. On the off chance it was avoidable I mentioned it to the colorist. Never again have I had to look at brassy reddish hair with disgust. My hair was blond again. I thought why not try a light set since my natural color is a darkish blond and I always enjoyed the highlights from the salon. I was a little nervous since I thought highlights were normally done by experts. The directions were very clear and the process was not complicated at all. I think my hair looks every bit as good as when I was paying hundreds of dollars for my color. I couldn’t be happier. So thank you to the wonderful colorist who banished the brass and to eSalon for allowing me an affordable way to maintain my retirement budget and love my hair at the same time. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Lovely colour, shipping no so good.I'm very happy with my colour, it was adjusted two times and it turn out very good. I relation with shipping, I live in Ireland and he shipping information does not work. I love my colorAt first I started using box coloring you can get at the grocery store, it was just okay. I really wasn’t happy because my hair always looked so dull and lifeless. Then I paid a fortune at the salon, that really didn’t make me happy either. One day at my ophthalmologist’s office I saw a lady with the most beautiful red hair. When I complimented her on her hair color she told me it was from eSalon. I’ve been a happy customer ever since. The color experts at eSalon got my color right the first time. It was the right color and had depth and dimension that even the salon didn’t give me. Even if they hadn’t of gotten it right the first time, they would have worked with me until they did. Best red shade achievedAlways wanted to be the red-haired girl of Charlie Brown, but since I only born Brown I had to adjust it. I spent lots of money in hair saloon only to reach a "fake red" shade.
