Loved the color!I originally picked a color that was too dark (for some reason, that is just how I saw my hair lol). They picked one more appropriate for me, and I appreciated it VERY much! I’m impressedI’m impressed with my custom color, first try and it’s perfect, thank you Crystella L. I have lots a gray and the coverage was on the money, the color is beautiful and the color evened out the different shades of color I had on my hair, I couldn’t be more happier. colour is better than salon AND cruelty-freeI was actually looking for a cruelty-free option to cover my grey and found eSalon -- I was pretty sure the colour would be just ok -- turns out the colour is better than what my salon would give me. The salon colourist always said my hair was too grey for a medium brown and needed greater saturation/darker brown to cover the brassiness -- I took a chance and ordered a medium brown from eSalon and gave a note to the eSalon colourist that I was worried about brassiness: The colour I got was PERFECT.
