Washed out immediatelyI ordered this to touch up my roots from brown to black and the color lasted a few days until I washed my hair a second time and now it’s ALL gone 😭 I feel like I wasted so much time and energy. Lovely colour, just not for my skin tone.Although i don't think the colour suits my skin tone, it is a nice colour. And the shampoo/conditioner left my hair feeling beautifully healthy even weeks after the dye application. INCONSISTENTthis time my hair turned red...have been using all thru covid and never seen this color of hair before. my latest shipment I thought I would try the color pro toner and they said it would be matched to my existing color....i received glorious golden. i have a dark brunette base so really confused what to do with a golden toner especially since I now have really red hair 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Color changeI just had Sara change the % of peroxide now 15% but color is still too yellow. I would like a beige tone; my hair stylist suggested a Pearl color without peroxide.. What do you think? Didn't color my grey hair for more than 1 weekMy grey hair came back in 1 week after my application. I use a shampoo and conditioner that treats my thinning hair and I was told that it shouldn't affect my dye. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Custom color setI’ve always loved your products for years and have always gotten lots of compliments and people always love my hair color. This year I’ve been asked why I have changed my hair color! Also, when I color my hair it’s not the same texture it used to be. Have you changed your product?
