Great product and company!!The ordering process was very easy and they had a great first time deal. The coloring really started to show after a few days. My hair is dark so there wasn't too much of a difference. Unfortunately, I was allergic to the product and had to discontinue my subscription. When I called to cancel, the woman I spoke with was super helpful and when I mentioned that I had a reaction she issued a refund. She also directed to me to the ingredient list for future reference and if they can assist with giving my doctor information to just contact them. Outstanding product and incredible supportThis color is indistinguishable from the color I had been getting at my high-end salon. The kit is easy to use and, once I got things right, easy to repeat for consistent results. Their service is so amazing that they should be a Harvard Business School case. I was frustrated by persistent roots the first time, sent a free replacement that got lost in the mail, re-sent a replacement with new instructions...and then everything clicked. Wonderful CompanyMy first time I had about 6” grow out and have long hair. I called and talked to the stylist that was more than happy to send an additional kit at no cost with no shipping fee. She wanted my first experience to be good so I will return for more products. I only needed one kit. It was more than enough. Color came out darker than expected but I know if I tell them that they will adjust it perfectly but I still have a kit at that shade so will contact them again later with changes. Best colour I have ever achieved at home!I had a home colour disaster a couple of years ago and it has taken a while to get sorted. When lockdown started I was due a colour and missed it. Being useless at anything like this i decided to do an all over colour and root refresh on my highlighted hair. The results were slightly darker than I was hoping BUT looked so much better, really natural and my mum commented that it was the best colour she had seen on me for ages! So easy, so affordableI colored my hair myself for years, but it was always dry and you could tell it was from a box. So I switched to going to a salon every month to get my hair back to a healthy state. And it did look great. But the pricetag of $150 a month was not so great.
