GREAT STUFF AND GRRREEEAAATTT CUSTOMER SERVICE (10 STARS OUT OF 5!)I originally posted a negative review only because I guess I wasn't using it right as this awesome team at e-salon gave me a call to find out why I was unhappy, I told them that they sent me a strong formula and I think it was wrong and it would make my hair fall out. Well this nice wonderful lady walked me through the process and it wasn't wrong and it wasn't going to make my hair fall out after all. So she sent me a new order since I wasted the first order by only leaving it on my head for 10 mins thinking my hair was going to fall off, and it was sent at no charge to me!! Everything that I had originally ordered was sent again, at no charge. I am so thrilled with this company and I encourage everyone to use them and work with them if you have any concerns or reservations as the folks on the other side KNOW what they are talking about. Love the color!I haven’t colored my hair in quite some time, I had decided to embrace my gray hair. After a couple of years, I decided that I wasn't ready to look this old. I can't see myself going back to the salonInitial color was too light, but I sent in my feedback and I'm really liking how the new color is turning out. I like having it shipped so I won't forget to to purchase it. The classic shampoo & conditioner provided makes my hair really shiny. Really niceI've only used eSalon twice. The first time, I ordered what I thought I needed. The results were fine, but I really needed an expert to give me more advice. The second time, the colorist who helped me was awesome. She talked me through the WHY she recommended what she did. The results were good with one exception... my hair ended up MUCH darker than I expected, and my grey roots weren't covered. I followed the instructions well, so who knows what happened. Looked nice but long ship timeI loved the color for the most part. It was a bit difficult to part my hair but I am new to this. The color was almost exactly what I wanted but needed a little more pearl to cancel out the golden tone and then something to lift up my natural highlights.
